Therapy can feel daunting at times, and my goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel comfortable and supported from the moment we begin. I strive to offer a warm, non-judgmental environment that encourages open and honest conversation. I aim to help you connect with your thoughts and emotions in a way that fosters self-compassion, while providing the tools you need to live your most authentic and fulfilling life. Clients I primarily work with are wanting to navigate: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, stress, Sex/Sexuality/Gender Expression, identity development, developing healthy relationships, and navigating life transitions.
