I’m Lauren, LCSW in NJ & owner of Clarity Space Counseling & Healing Center. With an MSW degree from Rutgers University & years of experience, helping you understand your story and navigate your journey. I am currently accepting new clients, Virtual sessions only I support adults & teens working through anxiety, depression, stress, & life challenges. I'm especially passionate about holding space for individuals from minority communities who have felt overlooked or silenced by systems not built for them. In our work together, you'll be seen, heard, and supported as we move toward healing, freedom, and self-trust.
