I work with children, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-image. I’m especially passionate about supporting those experiencing attachment wounds, relational struggles, women’s issues, self-esteem concerns, identity exploration, grief, life transitions, ADHD, and autism. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy and I have an integrative therapeutic approach that is guided by a strengths-based, humanistic perspective that emphasizes empathy, connection, and the power of inner healing.
