Intimate relationships are an opportunity for great love, enrichment of our lives and true partnership. The challenges we face in modern-day society and the lack of training we receive often equate to great difficulties within some of our most important relationships. I love relational work because we have an opportunity to create meaningful, loving and supporting relationships, but only if we have the tools to do so. Imago Relationship Therapy provides tools, a perspective shift and a roadmap. This is courageous work, that can significantly impact yourself, your relationships and those around you. In our sessions I aim to create a place where you feel comfortable. We work together to identify patterns of conflict and disconnection and shift towards growth, repair and connection. My intention is to support you in creating a rich relationship that has the tools and insight to move through the tough spots and move into the relationship you desire.
