My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions. I work with adult clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use recovery, grief and loss, ADHD, neurodivergence, mood disorders, and concerns related to LGBTQIA+ identity and affirmation.
