I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist working with individuals and couples with difficulty in the following areas: male and female sexual issues, non monogamous relationships, communication and relationship issues, infidelity, conflict resolution, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Home assignments, such as reflective exercises or practice of coping strategies, encourage ongoing self-exploration and fosters personal growth. This can be especially effective in making the insights gained in therapy more actionable and integrated into everyday life.
