I'm currently accepting new clients in Johnston! I believe that every path is courageous and so I value providing clients with a safe space to explore their struggles with patience and compassion. My goal in the therapeutic process is to guide clients to insights and to recognize their own strengths while working toward their identified goals. People often come to me for support with trauma, grief, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. I provide individual therapy to clients who are adolescents, teens, and adults with a special interest for young adults.
