Together, we'll create a space where you can explore all the parts of yourself, from those you love to those that feel more challenging. I see therapy as a collaborative process: you are the expert on your life, and my role is to offer presence, curiosity, and support as we explore what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s next. Over time, you may feel more confident taking meaningful risks, clarifying what you want, and trusting your inner wisdom.
