My extensive experience in schools, outpatient clinics, and community-based case management gives me a wide breadth of knowledge and perspectives that I utilize when supporting adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. I am passionate about working with teens, young adults, and adults focusing on meeting each client’s needs by building rapport and creating a safe, comfortable space for reflection and growth. I enjoy using mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to support long-lasting change for my clients.
