My ideal client is a child or adolescent between the ages of 9 and 18, or adults 18-35 who is struggling with complex emotional and behavioral challenges, particularly related to mood disorders (like major depression and DMDD), early signs of personality disorders (such as borderline traits), and related concerns including school avoidance, career concerns, bullying, trauma, and identity development. They often identify as LGBTQ+ or are exploring their identity, and may feel isolated, misunderstood, or unsafe in their environments.
