Children in the midst of transition, families looking to heal from difficulties of the past and grow for the future, or adults exploring their identities and pursuing happiness and the creation of their best selves—anyone who wants to create or maintain a hopeful and whole life is my ideal client. Often people looking for healing have experienced difficulties, pain, or fear in their pasts; therapy is a place those roots can turn into growth.
