Lauren’s passion in her counseling work has allowed her the privilege to assist individuals in a variety of concerns including working through traumas that are one off and complex, finding one’s authentic self, interpersonal conflicts, relational concerns and traumas, emotional regulation difficulties resulting in self injury and outburst, suicide, mental health struggles with depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, ADHD, eating concerns and substance use concerns.
