Accepting new clients in person and remote flexible. Are anxiety, stress, relationship issues and negative patterns keeping you from enjoying life? My door is open to those looking to take the first step. When seeking therapy it is often challenging to find someone you “click” with. My approach to therapy is to bring authenticity, humor and acceptance into session, meeting you where you are emotionally and creating an environment where you can feel seen, safe, and validated. I offer in person and Telehealth for teens 10+ and adults, as well as guidance for parents.
