I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is EMDR trained treating individuals, couples, and families. Through a family systems perspective, I believe families are unique and complex, consisting of dynamics and constructs specific to their overall functionality. In counseling I work to set a specialized and unique treatment plan catered to the needs of each individual/family to achieve their goals. Treatment is skills-based, which means clients and families learn helpful techniques and skills in therapy to apply to their daily lives to become a healthier version of themselves and reach their full potential.
