I am accepting new clients. Deciding to pursue therapy is a very personal decision. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, addiction, or relationships, it is important that those I work with feel safe, guided, and able to share openly at their own pace in a safe and non-judgmental space. We will work together in the process of managing and understanding the challenges you are facing that make day-to-day life more difficult, learn ways to cope, and with identifying and realizing your goals.
