Navigating life's various challenges can feel deeply overwhelming at times, and the idea of reaching out for help can be daunting. Therapy can provide a safe, helpful space for you to learn more about yourself and how you relate to the world. I believe that we are all capable of a deeper understanding of self, which can help us gain more insight into our struggles and how we coexist with them. I approach each session with the strengths-based understanding that every client is the expert on themselves and their own life. My main goal is to provide personalized support and encouragement. I strive to create a space for all my clients to feel seen, heard, and understood. I primarily work with teens and adults who are experiencing or have experienced major life transitions, anxiety, low self-esteem, sexual abuse, relationship struggles, depression, or religious trauma.
