Some daytime slots available— With nearly 20 years in the field of mental health, I am dedicated to helping adults navigate the complexities of life. I feel most passionate working with the “cycle breakers”— adults who are breaking generational cycles within their family systems. This can look different in each individual, but often includes difficulty with setting boundaries, putting others’ needs before your own, feelings of low self-esteem, & feelings of intense shame & guilt. My approach to sessions depends on each person’s unique needs, but in our work together, you can be sure there will be unconditional safety & no judgment.
