My ideal client is a child or adolescent who is struggling with anxiety and their goal would be to learn effective coping skills and strategies to better manage this. Usually children want a quick fix- so I like to provide them with lots of quick breathing exercises or creating a "tool box" with fidgets and anything that we have worked on together to help them when they are feeling anxious or overwhelmed.
