Children, adolescents, parents and the family system often get tossed into turmoil with life transitions, social pressures, academic stressors, and unexpected traumas of life. With having completed my studies at NYU, as well as having further training in Child and Family Therapy from The Ackerman Institute; Trauma Studies Training from The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy, I am able to connect and effectively treat a wide variety of concerns: anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, parent-child conflict. I work collaboratively with families and providers to navigate these rough waters and produce positive changes. Therapy can be highly anxiety-provoking. It is my hope to make this journey feel a little bit safer and calmer from the moment we meet, either from when you walk in the door or when we connect virtually. I work relationally and from an attachment perspective. The time given over to therapy is valuable, and I want you to feel seen and heard from the start.
