Hi and welcome. My name is Lauren and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have been working in the social work and mental health space in some capacity for almost 15 years. I aim to provide a welcoming environment that creates the space for working toward and supporting your individual goals. I specialize in helping individuals who are facing issues such as anxiety, depression, obesity, substance abuse, life transitions and adjustments, as well as aging. My therapeutic approach is always client-centered, is eclectic in nature, and is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy.
