As a new or expecting mom, beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're unsure of where to start. I'm here to support and guide you through each step. Pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period are deeply personal experiences that can look and feel different for everyone. They often touch every part of life and can bring up a wide range of emotions, memories and challenges. My role is to help you recognize your strengths, understand your needs and navigate the emotional changes that can arise during the perinatal period, so we can create a treatment plan that truly supports you.
