I have a strong commitment to helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being. With a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs. I have worked with a variety of different ages from 5-65+, 10 years experience in schools, as well as on the crisis response team. My goal is to provide a supportive and empowering therapeutic environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
