I want to acknowledge your courage in taking steps towards improving your mental health and wellbeing. You may have found yourself here because you are seeking something - maybe relief from emotional pain, clarity of your goals, or support during a difficult time. Perhaps you are stressed by the demands of work or school, or are having challenges coping with global issues or changes in your life. Maybe you are noticing that uncomfortable feelings like anxiety or sadness are becoming more constant and impacting your functioning or relationships. I want you to know that whatever your "mountain" is, you don't have to climb it alone. Together, we will cultivate this space to be what you need. My trauma-informed approach mostly draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR. I integrate evidenced-based and Mindfulness interventions in support of changing patterns of thoughts or behaviors that may be preventing you from living whole-heartedly.
