I have worked with kids, teens, and young adults in a variety of settings including schools, private practice, residential settings, and therapeutic camps. I have a strong background and deep passion for working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and their families impacted by trauma. Whether you or your child need support processing traumatic experiences, making sense of what happened, managing and understanding strong emotions, or navigating social challenges, I am here to help guide you through your therapeutic journey. I help support: Anxiety, Depression, Autism, Trauma, ADHD, Emotional Dysregulation, Identity Exploration, Self Esteem, Peer/Family Relationships, and Family Divorce. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and practice from a person centered approach. I also incorporate mindfulness-based activities, as well as play and art therapy techniques.
