Many of my clients come to me feeling like they’ve tried everything, yet nothing works long term. I believe healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship; one built on trust, safety, and collaboration. With experience providing intensive, in-home, and community-based interventions, I take a hands-on practical approach to therapy. Together, we’ll explore new strategies, strengthen resilience and create lasting change. When hope feels distant, I’ll hold it with you until you can hold it again yourself. I support teens, young adults, and families as they navigate the many ways severe depression and anxiety can impact daily life. I specialize in working with clients who are at risk of, or transitioning from, higher levels of care. I also help individuals manage life transitions whether starting college, entering adulthood, or navigating family changes.
