Hello, my name is Lauren. I am dedicated to providing a safe space for clients to gain further insight into their minds, emotions, and actions. I believe all people can grow, learn, and make positive changes at any stage in life. My specializations include anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavioral issues, self-esteem and crisis management. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults. My clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings has encouraged my philosophy of being flexible to each client based on their experiences and needs. My goal is to assist clients in establishing their independence and confidence to move forward in any life phase.
