Choosing to explore ourselves can feel overwhelming and vulnerable. My intention is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where I can help you navigate obstacles that will ultimately foster growth and healing. I'm genuinely interested in understanding more about you, including areas where you might be facing challenges in relationship with yourself or others. As a holistic clinician, I firmly believe in the interconnectedness of our minds and bodies. The traumas from our past or current experiences can reside within both, calling for exploration and integration for healing. I employ various modalities such as Presence Psychotherapy, informed Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing to help you process your experiences. Rather than solely focusing on thoughts and beliefs, I will assist you in sensing into the messages your body may be trying to communicate.
