Therapy provides an opportunity for us to grow and become our most authentic selves. I aim to promote self–exploration, help clients experience emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them, and foster the ability to relate to others in new ways. I use an eclectic approach grounded in relational, psychoanalytic theory. I offer a personalized approach tailored to each person’s needs, interests, and goals which may include short term, skills -based training and/ or a more depth- oriented treatment that gets to the core of the problem with the aim toward lasting change.
