I provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment for Moms and families affected by perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD). I also support women of all ages through mental health challenges and major life transitions. PMAD's are more common than often recognized and may arise during pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, or loss. Symptoms can include depression, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, OCD, mood swings, guilt, overwhelm, irritability, agitation, and suicidal ideation. I reassure clients they are not alone and will recover. The goals are to reduce/resolve symptoms, strengthen resilience and regain a sense of self.
