Hi, I’m Lauren and I’m a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate. My journey into the world of counseling began in the mountains of Northern California where I first discovered the power of connection as a camp counselor. That spark led me to earn my Psychology degree from Centre College, and I haven’t looked back since! I enjoy working with teens and young adults on a variety of stressors including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma. But truly, I’m here to walk alongside you through whatever you’re facing.
