I know what it's like to feel stuck in the past. I know what it feels like to suspect that you are beyond help, or the capacity to heal. I know how scary those places can be. But the fact that you're here, means that you haven't lost hope. Welcome, and I am so happy you are here. Healing the mind can take many different forms. It can look like building a stronger and safer sense of Self. Or a deeper acceptance of all the "parts" that make your mind what it is. It often also means bringing our bodies into the story. Rewiring the brain with gentle compassion and patience takes time, but it is possible.
