With nearly a decade in the helping profession across a variety of roles, I have been honored to sit with all ages and all walks of life through some of life's most challenging moments, and celebrating some of the best. Our first session is all about getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what feels most important right now. You can expect a relaxed, judgment-free space where you’re encouraged to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you hope to get out of therapy, and begin building a foundation of trust.
