Hello and welcome! Thank you for taking the time to get to know a bit about me and learn more about my work. One of the most important things to me is creating an authentic relationship with my clients that supports them in working through the challenges that life can present. In addition to having a general practice, my interest areas include Perinatal Depression and Anxiety, personal growth, infertility, grief and loss, relationship issues and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to both attune to your needs and develop a plan and specific strategies to help you achieve your goals and reach optimal wellness!
