My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, therapeutic environment where individuals and couples have the opportunity to explore and uncover their emotional blocks and heal past wounds. I have been described as a balance of clear and direct with compassion and empathy. I believe that through the process of developing insight and awareness into issues and behaviors, I can in turn help clients to better manage their symptoms and develop coping mechanisms which enable them to lead more enjoyable and gratifying lives. My aspiration is to help clients move beyond fleeting, quick fixes and, instead, implement long-lasting change.
