Sometimes in relationships we get stuck in negative cycles of interaction or feeling and in our work together, I will support you in exploring your unique relationship path, identify strengths and stuck places, and create space for experiences that lead to new patterns of connection. I work with couples, families, and individuals to identify and communicate emotional needs that have gone unmet or unacknowledged. In session, I will support you in experiencing new ways of communicating and meet you where you are at on your journey toward greater relational health.
