I currently have a few openings for couples! I have a non traditional training in healing work that emphasizes somatic & parts work with an eye for healing attachment wounds. It can be scary to admit you need some help as a couple, but I believe that all couples can benefit from a supportive guide. Whether you're just looking for some extra guidance, or you are at a serious crossroad together, I am here to dig in with you. The ideal couples work asks that we embark on the very healing we need as individuals, providing a profoundly new way to understand ourselves & each other, & rediscover what it means to love and be loved. It is an honor to help the couples I work with explore ways to get out of negative relational patterns. I am both direct & supportive with my approach, offering a compassionate & growth-inducing environment. My current couples clients are monogamous and non-monogamous, straight and LGBTQIA+, multicultural & biracial.
