I help women who are exhausted from caring for others and have little left for themselves. They struggle with excessive worry, feeling not good enough in their bodies, wanting to meet the expectations of others and more. This is often rooted in anxiety and connected to past trauma and negative life experiences. I also support women struggling with challenges in motherhood and disordered eating. I support clients in feeling more grounded, stop people pleasing, and develop healthy coping in response to stress and triggers and build healthier relationships with themselves and others and learn to trust their emotions and judgement.
