I believe every good therapist has done their own work. I have been a therapy client at different times throughout my life. I don’t ask my clients to do anything I haven’t done myself. Together we will work to identify the best approach to healing for you. I specialize in treating trauma and have been trained in EMDR therapy, though this isn't my only approach to treating trauma. I have 10 + years experience helping individuals navigate substance use disorders and helping those with loved ones with substance use disorders. Anxiety, depression, and phase of life issues are also things I treat.
