I have limited daytime openings! - As challenges in life emerge, I'm passionate about supporting adults through the use of a strengths based approach. Together, we will explore and identify the tools and resources necessary to rise above each challenge you are experiencing. We will work on mutually agreed upon goals, drawing on your personal resources of motivation and hope to create long lasting change. My therapeutic style includes a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I am trained by Post Partum Support international (PSI) and specialize in perinatal mental health.
