My ideal clients are children and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, big emotions, stress, or feeling stuck, but who don’t need to be perfect or have everything figured out before starting therapy. I meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels manageable and supportive. Together, we work toward feeling calmer, understanding themselves better, handling everyday challenges with more ease, building coping skills that actually work in real life, and feeling more confident. Most of all, they appreciate support that is warm, genuine, and can make room for a little humor when life feels heavy.
