Therapy can support people seeking more meaningful and connected relationships with themselves and others. My work is centered around helping my clients deepen their connection with and understanding of themselves, navigate difficult life experiences and develop helpful strategies in order to lead more fulfilling lives. I assist my clients in learning about how the past shows up in the present in order to expand their lives and establish a new future for themselves. I welcome and affirm all identities. I bring a relational approach focusing on a partnership of respect and connection. Informed by somatic and psychodynamic theories, NARM, and polyvagal theory I value the knowledge our nervous system provides us and engage my clients in mindful, body-focused, insight-oriented self-exploration as I integrate ACT and CBT.
