On our path in life we all go through times of struggle. Sometimes from unresolved past issues or problems in the present for which we need guidance. I believe we can learn to know ourselves and move through difficulties when we have support from a trusted individual to process with. I work in collaboration with clients to build on natural strengths, while addressing barriers to progress, so they can move toward their goals. I strive to create an emotionally supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to share their stories and create insight for action and growth.
