I'm a mental health professional who believes in the power of therapy for healing, growth and positive change. I enjoy working with adults and children using an eclectic approach to the therapeutic process. I deeply value people’s personal journeys offering therapeutic guidance, assistance with expansion of insight, a listening ear, an advocating voice and, at crucial times, a helping hand. Having 16 years of counseling experience, I use my knowledge, intuition and training with a compassionate and philosophical focus. I use a multifaceted therapeutic approach anchored in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) using a trauma-informed lens. I employ art therapy techniques in working with children.
