I am passionate about helping others find strength and courage to overcome their daily challenges. I strive to empower clients by establishing a positive rapport, facilitating an inclusive and safe environment, and focusing on achievable goals. Throughout the past 17 years, I gained experience working in both clinical and educational settings. As a clinician, I provided both outpatient and inpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I specialized in treating the intersection of women’s issues and eating disorders, using psychoeducational, supportive, and cognitive behavioral strategies.
