I work to help clients reach their highest potential through the use of strategic and solution-focused strategies targeted to achieve therapy goals. I am also an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) consultant and HypnoBreathwork Coach and use these approaches to treat trauma and other issues in individual and Intensive contexts. Clients struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, complex mood disorders, recovering from a traumatic experience, or have an unresolved relationship issue are ideal clients for me. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I can see you in-person or via teletherapy. I also have 20 years of Executive Management experience and was an All-American distance runner so Executives and Athletes with performance issues are also ideal clients for me. I use EMDR, Solution-Focused, HypnoBreathwork, and Brain-Spotting interventions with this group. Additionaly, I use EMDR to help integrate new ideas discovered through journeys.
