Come, tell me everything, I will listen with an open heart. Life is too short to have an inner voice not be our best friend. A favorite quote of mine by Heraclitus is: “No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it is not the same river and he is not the same man.” An ancient phrase of wisdom that speaks incredible truth. It is my intention to affect those living and coping with often self-imposed restrictions or images of themselves. I will redirect, refocus and reframe negative feelings and internal dialogue that hold you back from uplifting mental health and helpful contributions to society.
