I believe that every individual has the capacity to find their own answers. We may be so stuck in ways of thinking, feeling and relating to others that we don't recognize there are options. My role as a therapist is to act as a facilitator and guide, someone who can ask questions from a new perspective and offer insights and skills the support change.
