Helping children (8+), teens, parents, and couples build stronger communication and connection across California. Relationships are central to our well-being, and when stress or conflict increases, it affects the whole family. I work with children ages 8+, adolescents, parents, and couples navigating anxiety, school stress, emotional regulation challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. I provide a warm, collaborative space focused on insight, skill-building, and meaningful change. I primarily offer secure teletherapy, which is a strong fit for children 8+ and busy families. Limited in-person sessions may be available.
