Thank you for visiting my profile and I invite you to come and "expand" with me. Moving through the transitions and stressors of life can be challenging. Often, we move through these challenges with ease, but at other times, we can become overwhelmed and find that what typically works for us is no longer working. We may be constricted by our typical ways of coping. In my practice, I help guide clients towards solutions and expanding one’s repertoire of coping behaviors, interpersonal skills, and wellness! I strive to help people create stability, mental strength, and harmony in their relationship with self and others.
