Hello, my name is Laurie and I have been helping individuals who are facing challenges for over 12 years. I have experience in working with people to navigate life’s difficulties, guiding individuals to be their best selves, and helping people overcome obstacles. As your therapist, my goal is to see you become the best version of yourself. Our life experiences teach us things about ourselves and the world. We can find ourselves with misguided beliefs, distorted thinking, and struggling with life’s problems. We may not know where to turn, feeling stuck in our lives. I love listening to my clients and have each one feel heard.
